I don’t consider Algieri to be a kind of outsider that some people think. Undoubtedly, Paquiao is a favourite, but Algieri’s manner can provide advantage, and could steam up fans of stand-up fight. His style is not watchable as it could be, but it works for him. He moves, it’s hard to hit him. Nevertheless Ruslan Provodnikov succeeded, and the bout was quite even. Algieri demonstrated that he can stand up after a hard strike and go on. And I’d admit his boxing is disciplined, he follows the fight plan. This time I’ll support Manny. I think he’ll win.
