AMSTERDAM – The police have raided an appartement yesterday on the 29th floor of a tower in Rotterdam and found 82 kilo’s of cocaine. During this police act, 5 people from Suriname were arrested.

One of the arrested is a lawyer. It’s the well known lawyer Ashwin Balrak from Rotterdam, who is also a freefighter (stupid morons, they mean kickboxer). During the raid, the 5 were busy cutting up the cocaine. They did it with a plain kitchen blender. In the appartment they found several blenders, a machine to press cocaine with logo plates and a big number of cellular phones.

Ashwin Balrak has a lawyer practice in Utrecht. He often defends criminals in court, most recently a Syrian fighter who was a suspect in robbery cases.

The National Police entered the apartment after months of investigating on drug trafficking. The cocaine had a streetvalue of 3 million euro’s. In a house in Purmerend police found 25 kilo’s of money notes. After counting it, it was 1.4 million euro’s.

The 35 year old Surinames has a law degree. He is well known as prizefighter Bad Boy.
